Declaring Chemistry as a Minor

The process for changing a minor or declaring a minor is similar to declaring a major.  The same form is used, but in this case, you need signatures of the Chair of the departments you are leaving and entering.  Fill out the form, get the signature of the Chair of the department of the old minor, then get the signature of the Chair of Chemistry.  Turn the form in at the Registrar’s Office, and you are done.  Isn’t that simple?
